Established in 2007, Apple Cleaning & Maintenance Ltd is privately owned and operated. Apple are fast becoming the preferred choice in tenancy cleaning and maintenance.

Currently holding numerous cleaning contracts with national companies as well as a growing portfolio of domestic clients, our promise is to ensure an efficient cost effective service, tailor made to suit the individual needs of our clients.

Located in Merseyside, Apple offer a cleaning and maintenance service throughout the NorthWest of England. Our cleaning crews are mobile, fully equipped, hard working and highly motivated.

We aim to provide a complete comprehensive service, supplying contractors to cover anything from a leaky tap to a full renovation.  All contractors are fully qualified and price matched to ensure we provide the best possible rates to your business or home.

Cheryl established the company in 2007, after working in estate agency and lettings for several years previous.  The business was modelled on her insight into agents needing a reliable efficient company offering a full range of services to save their time, and essentially their money!!  After the first year, with the help of her team she branched into domestic cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a personal service to both commercial and domestic clients alike.

Robi joined the Apple team in 2008, an experienced team leader with a penchant for cleaning, she ensures that all our crews are fully checked, trained and allocated to the correct instructions.  Robi is responsible for confirming all our health and safety rules are adhered too as well as completing checks on finished work to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

A fully qualified Gas safe engineer (304754),  Warren has worked with Apple since 2008 and has become an integral part of the Apple Team.  He ensures all tradesman are expertly qualified, fully insured and CRB checked.  Warren prides himself on an efficient team and all tradesmen are allocated to the correct instructions on a strict 48hr turnaround.  With over ten years of experience in the building trade, he is well equipped to get the best possible rates for our clients and ensures all contractors are price matched on each job.
